As the CEO of Redgrave Strategic Data Solutions LLC (“Redgrave Data”), Mollie is a mission-driven, collaborative, and visionary leader of the organization guiding a team of business process, technology, and data professionals to produce data driven solutions that efficiently manage and analyze litigation, compliance, and deal data. She drives the strategic relationships with Redgrave LLP, clients, and service providers, and oversees the development of the team’s approach to the search and analysis of client data in matters using advanced technologies, including machine learning, data visualization, and advanced analytics.
Mollie’s extensive background and knowledge in the information law field, which includes more than 35 years of experience as a litigator, law professor, and in law firm management.
Prior to joining Redgrave Data, Mollie served as the Head of Advanced Client Data Solutions at Hogan Lovells, where she was responsible for developing the global business model for client data technology services. Before Hogan, Mollie built an eDiscovery program at Goodwin Procter and was a partner at Redgrave LLP. Mollie has tried more than 25 cases as lead counsel during her career. She was formerly an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Texas, a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas, and worked in private practice as a litigator.
