Today On That Tech Pod, Laura and Gabi speak with Jenny Le, Managaer at EY. Jenny has over 14 years of experience in law and regulation. With a molecular biology background, she started her career practicing intellectual property litigation in NYC, then leaned into her love of tech, specializing in eDiscovery and Privacy. For the last 3 years, Jenny has been based in Munich, Germany, where as a Senior Manager at EY, she helps global organizations, comply with GDPR - not just on paper, but also in practice. As data protection regulations are popping up more and more frequently, globally, there is a strong need for organizations who have presence in multiple jurisdictions to implement internal processes and methodologies that comply with multiple regulations and which are flexible enough to include emerging ones. Jenny and her team focuses on leveraging technology to build customized workflows to most efficiently achieve data protection compliance.
